Money is not Spent and Donated, it gets Wasted.

Most of us understand Money Management in it's  Most basic format which is Accumulation & Returns.

But as we evolve in the Science of Money Management, we start observing the linkage between Money Management and Life Management.

Because unlike Assets like Gold, Select Equities, which may never die, human beings have a finite & uncertain life ; A Best Before Date.

Hence along with Investing & Accumulation, One also needs to Spend & Donate Money

There is a very popular saying

_*यदि धन का भोग या दान नहीं किया तो धन का नाश हो जाता है।*_

If Money is not Spent and Donated, it gets  Wasted.

Thus the three Dimensions of Money are

1) Donate (Create Employment &  Invest)

Investing is actually  'Giving' to the Economy

While Donating Money Earns  Spiritual Returns

2) To Spend on yourself as well as Your Near & Dear ones & Discovering  Joy

3) If we can't participate in the above two dimensions then Money eventually gets Destroyed because it is put to Undesirable Use by Undesirable People

So Mindless Accumulation leads to the third dimension of misuse

Thus Money Management has to be designed in a Professional Manner

Accumulation is the first stage because without Money Accumulation there is no start

Hence in the initial period "Returns" has significance

But subsequently  one needs to graduate to Goal Based Investing (Spending)

In this stage meeting  Goals becomes more significant than focussing on Returns

If we can achieve all our Goals then how does it matter whether the Returns are optimum or a little bit here and there?

Once Goals are Achieved, the Next Stage is Happiness and Self Actualisation (Doing Good For People and Ecosystem)

*This is the Stage of Financial Freedom*

The Freedom to do the work we like to do, work with those we like to work, work at the pace we like to work, work for happiness and not Only Money.

This is the 3rd stage of Money Management

So to summarise

Stage 1 is Returns (Accumulation)

Stage 2 is Goals Based Investing to spend on what matters to us.

Stage 3 is Financial Freedom or the Joy of Living and Happiness.

Have a Great Sunday,

Warm Regards,
