President of local real estate agents body CREA (I)
Mr.Pradeep Joe has announced that the association will be conducting the
state’s first accreditation course for its members on January 23, 2014 in
Bengaluru.
The event is open to the 200 members of CREA (I) and
is aimed at providing a platform for future licensing of the profession.

Says Mr. Joe, “As the state’s leading representative
body for the profession, we feel that we should lead the way and establish
world class professional standards. Our clients now expect the same style and
level of service delivery available in overseas markets and CREA (I) is pleased
to be able to offer a professional development program to enable that”
He has confirmed renowned industry trainer and speaker
Mr. John McTavish as the keynote trainer who will fly into Bengaluru from his
base in Sydney, Australia for the event.
Mr. McTavish has a background of managing large agency
chains in both Australia and New Zealand with particular emphasis on marketing
and technology. He has spoken to thousands of the leading agents in the region
and has mentored many of the highest earning agents and agencies.
“I can not wait to meet and speak to the agents in
Bengaluru, and the program we will be delivering is world standard” says Mr.
McTavish. He will be staying on in the city for 3 weeks to get a better
understanding of the local market conditions and practices.
The event will be held at the Hyatt Hotel, Bengaluru.
