 FAIR PRO 2013 – The Biggest Property Show by CREDAI..!

Fair Pro 2013, the biggest and most  popular property show organised by Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India ’,(CREDAI), Chennai city will be held from 22nd to 24th February' 2013  at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai .This is the 6th edition of Fairpro.

Mr. Sandeep Mehta, President, CREDAI  said ," In this year's Fair Pro,  about  70 well known builders will show case 250 projects  including flats, Villas & plots. Developers / promoters and Builders, who are members of CREDAI can only participate in Fair Pro 2013, thus providing the credibility factor to property buyers. The price ranges from Rs.15 lacs to Rs.10 crores and the size is from a single bedroom flats to luxury villas. Last year (2012) there were about 50,000 footfalls and this year we expect more than 75,000 visitors at the fair."

Mr. Suresh Krishn, Secretary, CREDAI said, " Bound by a rigorous Code of Conduct, the builders exhibiting at FAIR PRO 2013 are operating under strict instructions to be transparent in all dealings & documentation with customers and to disclose and declare all components of the sale in consideration. The property buyers were informed in advance about the projects on offer, their eligibility criteria and the best offers of the day. The buyers could easily choose the project at the venue without any difficulty."

Mr. Siva Gurunathan, Convenor, Fair Pro 2013 said, '' The last edition of FAIR Pro generated business of about Rs.150 crore. The management team at CREDAI Chennai, has been looking at ways and means to help & facilitate customers to buy properties with ease. Keeping this in mind, a housing loan mela was organized at 2 strategic locations last week. Seven (7) leading banks and HFCs participated in the home loan mela, one at OMR was held at Aloft Hotel on 14th and 15th February, 2013 and at Vijay Mahal, T.Nagar on 16th and 17th February, 2013. More than 1000 prospective buyers visited the home loan melas and got themselves evaluated on the  housing  and plot loans they were eligible for. This helps every interested buyer to clearly identify & zoom into the properties that come within his eligibility in terms of cost."
