Savvy investor Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala acquired 28.26 lakh shares of Geometric Software from Credit Suisse Singapore, on recently. The deal was executed at Rs. 106 a piece, valuing the transaction at Rs. 30 crore.
As on June 10, 2012, Mr. Jhunjhunwala along with his wife Mrs. Rekha held 10.1 per cent stake in the company.
