The much awaited order by the
anti-monopoly regulator CCI (Competition Commission of India) on alleged
cartelization by about 40 cement companies may be announced in a week.
Speculation over the extent of the
fines that CCI would impose on cement firms has driven their equity stocks of
late.
Share Investors are worried about the
impact of penalities on their profits especially when share valuations are
considered steep.
