CREDAI INAUGURATES CHENNAI’S BIGGEST PROPERTY EXHIBITION FAIRPRO 2017

Chennai Chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India widely known as CREDAI CHENNAI, which is the apex body of Real Estate Developers inaugurated their annual flagship property and real-estate exhibition “ FAIRPRO 2017 “. 

Actress Tamannaah Bhatia, Mr. Dharmendra Pratap Yadav, I.A.S. & Mr. B Ramesh Babu, Chief General Manager, State Bank of India inaugurated the event. The exhibition in its 10^th edition will take place from 10^th to 12^th February 2017 at Chennai Trade Center, Nandambakkam. FAIRPRO’17 will witness 75 developers showcasing 300 residential projects with the prices ranging from Rs. 10 Lakhs to Rs. 10 Crores.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Suresh Krishn, President of CREDAI-Chennai said “We are happy to host the 10^th edition of FAIRPRO’17, which is one of the most successful and longest running real-estate exhibition in the country. We expect to see a huge turnout for this year’s edition and there is a lot of enthusiasm among developers too. We are happy to have Tamannah to be part of the event and expect this edition of FAIRPRO to be bigger and better this year.   

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Ananth, Convener, FAIRPRO said, “We have seen a positive sentiment among home-buyers and developers have also come up with projects across the city to cater to the needs of the buyers. FAIRPRO’17 is a platform where home-buyers get to fulfill their dreams of investing in a home. Tamannah has been a great influence for the masses and her association with FAIRPRO will extend that positivity to the home-buyers.  

The banks that participated in FAIRPRO 2017 include, SBI, PNB Housing Finance Ltd., LIC Housing Finance Ltd., HDFC Home Loans, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Indian Bank & Aditya Birla Finance Home Loans.
