Bridge, a company that facilitates corporate and educational
institutions at tier II and tier III cities to place their right candidate in the right job profile is organizing First Look at
Aspiring Graduates - FLAG 2015 program in association with the Confederation of
Indian Industry (CII) onSeptember 12th, 2014 in Salem at Narasu’s
Sarathy Institute of Technology.
FLAG is a series of intelligent hiring
events that aggregate students of choice across regions. FLAG has provided
opportunity for hundreds of students from small towns to get placed since
inception.
This initiative focuses on
improving hiring from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and provides the right kind of
placement opportunities to young and talented aspirants.

FLAG:
FLAG (First Look at Aspiring Graduates) is an
initiative by Employability Bridge in partnership with CII to iron-out the
hiring process for the leading corporate in tier II and tier III city colleges.
Of the total number of educational institutions in India over 70% are in tier
II and tier III cities. Barring the top few institutions at bigger cities the
others have minimal or no access by the corporate for recruiting.
This neglects
the right opportunity for the right candidate mere for a reason he/she in small
