Mr. Rajesh Krishnan, Chairman Sheltrex Housing Pvt. Ltd, unveiled their first project recently in Chennai. Architect Mt. Hafeez Contractor has master-planned and designed the first Sheltrex project coming up at Maraimalai, near Chennai.

The highlight of the event was the unveiling of an exact full size replica of the actual house during the occasion.

Enabled with the RFIDS technology it provided first-hand interaction of the actual offering. The product on show comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, Kitchen, Living room and a car park spanned across a total construction area of 675 square feet.

The name Sheltrex, (connoting a combination of two words- “Shelter” and “X” representing technology) is conceptualized by Sheltrex Housing Pvt. Ltd with a vision of creating technology enabled living.
