Reliance Mutual Fund : Launched Portfolio SIP


Reliance Mutual fund (RMF) had launched PSIP (portfolio systematic investment plan - Portfolio SIP).

PSIP is an investment facility for retail investors to invest in various schemes launched by RMF at regular interval.

Investors can start investing in multiple schemes with a minimum of Rs. 6,000 through PSIP.

The frequency of this systematic investment facility can be monthly or / quarterly.

Investors have to fill in one form & have to define percentage allocation to each scheme selected by him or her. The investors are saved from the trouble of writing multiple cheques for various schemes.

PSIP offers investors to determine their risk profile using a risk profiling questionnaire.

Depending on that the investors (customers) can also choose one of the asset allocations on offer – very aggressive, aggressive, conservative & moderate. Each of these asset allocation choices will invest in various schemes of RMF in a pre-determined ratio.

Investors also have a choice to invest in maximum five (5) schemes of RMF using PSIP facility.

PSIP can be activated for minimum six (6) months and changes are not allowed in the currency of a PSIP.

However investors can stop PSIP at their choice & can redeem units in individual schemes subject to exit load.
