ABC Weather Proof SRI Tiles.!

These tiles are suitable for roof top /  terrace due to ability to reflect solar heat. Solar Reflectance Index is 95. The ceramic wall tile is 9 mm thickness with > 32% open pores which also helps for heat insulation.

These abc tiles are suitable for Green Buildings targeting IGBC - LEED certification. abc Weather Proof S R I Tiles are ECBC ( ) compliant.

Abc Weather Proof SRI Tiles glaze coat is designed to achieve max whiteness, high scratch hardness and semi glossy - matt and embossed to function as anti skid. SRI  95 ( certified value ) confirms outstanding quality.

Laying - Tile Fixing Tips..!

abc Tiles are to be fixed by using certain additives for the best results. Use 1:25 cement : sand to give water slope. 43 grade is preferred.

abc Plus:

This is in powder form to be added (up to 25 per cent) in cement slurry which is used to fix the abc tiles.

abc Grout:

Neraly About 4 mm gap is ideal for abc tiles & to be filled with abc Grout (any other brand also can be used). abc grout is cost effective.

abc Liquid:

This is a re-packed liquid from a reputed brand. Dilute 1:10 and apply over the abc grout to give a thin layer. This liquid will enter in to the pores of the grout (up to 5 mm depth) and will never allow water, thus the grouting also will become 100% water proof.

Size - 100mm X 100mm

100 x 100 mm is available for kitchen, interior, elevation & other works.

In same size, Gold print designs also available. Light & dark color options available.

Any size below 12 x1 2 is possible. These tiles can be used for floor decorations also.

12 x 12 in Three Shades..!

Now abc tiles are in three shades as below: Pinkish White, Bluish White and Greenish White. All shades are having same properties, Scratch hardness (moh"s) is one point more for shaded tiles. This is due to color additions in supersaturated white pigments. By using three shades, aesthetic effects can be improved on roof area.
