The Confederation of Indian Industry – Tamil Nadu Technology Development & Promotion Centre (CII-TNTDPC) is pleased to announce a workshop on "Design Thinking for Enabling Organization to be AI First" on October 14th, 2026, at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai.

 

Why Design Thinking

 

Becoming AI-first is not just about adopting new technologies it requires a fundamental shift in how we identify problems, engage with users, and design solutions. Design Thinking provides a structured, human-centered approach to innovation that complements AI adoption by helping teams:

• Reframe business challenges through a user-first lens
• Rapidly prototype and test AI-enabled solutions
• Reduce risk in AI implementation through iterative learning
• Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
