Inaugurates the 18th Edition of FAIRPRO 2026 in Chennai
~ 80+ Developers showcasing 500+ Projects at
the three-day property exhibition ~

The Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin,
inaugurated the 18th edition of CREDAI FAIRPRO 2026, the city’s most
prestigious Property Fair, organised by the Confederation of Real Estate
Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Chennai, at the Chennai Trade Centre
– New Building. The event witnessed the presence of key dignitaries from the
Government of Tamil Nadu and members of CREDAI Chennai. The three-day property
expo began today and will conclude on February 22, 2026.
This year’s edition
is larger and more comprehensive, offering homebuyers a one-stop destination to
explore residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Chennai and
its emerging corridors. Popular actor Keerthy Suresh is associated with CREDAI Chennai
as the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026, adding further visibility to the
event.
FAIRPRO 2026 brings
together 80+ leading CREDAI Chennai developers, presenting over 500 projects.
The exhibition features an unmatched portfolio of 52,586 units across
apartments, plots, villas, and commercial spaces, spread over 57.2 million sq.
ft, with home prices ranging from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 15 crore. The property fair
is expected to attract more than 50,000 visitors over the three days. In
addition, 15 industry partners are participating, strengthening the overall
ecosystem around the event.

special interest rates during the three days of FAIRPRO 2026, making property
