Announces FAIRPRO 2026 Featuring 500+ Projects and 80+ Developers

Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Chennai
proudly announces the 18th Edition of FAIRPRO 2026, South India’s biggest and
most trusted Property Fair, scheduled to be held on February 20, 21 and 22,
2026 at Chennai Trade Centre – New Building, Nandambakkam. Chennai
This year’s edition promises
to be bigger and more comprehensive, offering homebuyers a one-stop destination
to explore residential, commercial, and plotted developments across Chennai and
its emerging corridors. Popular actor Keerthy Suresh is associated with CREDAI
Chennai as the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026, adding further appeal and
visibility to the event.
FAIRPRO 2026 will bring
together 80+ leading CREDAI Chennai developers under one roof. The Property
Fair is expected to attract a footfall of more than 50,000 visitors over the
three days. In addition, 15 industry partners will be present, strengthening
the overall ecosystem around the event. State Bank of India (SBI) will be the Title
Sponsor and Exclusive Banking Partner for this edition, offering home loan
options and on-the-spot assistance to visitors. Apollo Hospitals joins as the
Medical Partner, ensuring health and emergency support services throughout the
event.
