Mr. R. Ilankovan appointed as 2023-2025 President of CREDAI Tamil Nadu

 

The Investiture Ceremony of Mr. R.Ilankovan, President  Credai Tamil Nadu&  Chairman, Vishaal Promoters Pvt Ltd, Madurai,and his team office bearers for 2023-2025 was held on 3rd May 2023 at Chennai. where Mr. R. Ilankovan, was installed as the 7th President of CREDAI Tamil Nadu along with his team of office bearers including Mr. Madan B.Lund, Director, Srivari Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore as the Vice President, Mr S.Anand, Managing Partner, Jeyam Builders, Trichy, as the Secretary, Mr. V.Sathasivam, Chairman, Greenfield Housing India Pvt Ltd, Erode as the Treasurer and Mr. W.S.Habib, Chairman & MD, RWD, Chennai as the President-Elect of CREDAI Tamil Nadu respectively.

Thiru. S.Muthusamy, Honourable Minister for Housing and Urban Development, and Thiru.P.K. Sekar Babu, Honourable Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department were the Chief Guests. Selvi. Apoorva, IAS, Principal Secretary to Housing and Urban Development Department, Mr. Anshul Mishra,IAS, Member Secretary, CMDA, Mr.B.Ganesan, IAS, Director DTCP and Mr.S.Sridharan, Vice President-South, Credai National were the Guests of Honour

 

The incoming President Mr Ilankovan – President of CREDAI Tamil Nadu said," The activities of CREDAI Tamil Nadu shall be much aligned with the Real Estate Vision 2030 of the State Government, with respect to influencing reforms in the industry and Government practices. More specifically, CREDAI Tamil Nadu shall focus on efficient & sustainable developments and affordable housing that are much aligned to the Government's mission to provide housing for all"

 

CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India) established in 1999, is the apex body of private Real Estate developers in India with a vision of transforming the landscape of Indian Real Estate industry and a mandate to pursue the cause of Housing and Habitat. CREDAI has over 13,300 members through 21 State chapters and 230 city chapters across India.

 

CREDAI Tamil Nadu, headquartered in Chennai, represents city chapters of the State viz. CHENNAI, COIMBATORE, MADURAI, TRICHY, ERODE, TIRUNELVELI, DHARMAPURI, HOSUR, AND SALEM. CREDAI TAMIL NADU presently has over 400 active Property Developers as members, augmenting the common interest of the Property Developers.
