Preferred buying homes within Rs. 40 lakh and 2 BHK flats - Magicbricks.Com Survey Result
In a survey conducted by premier
real estate portal Magicbricks.com, over 78% of the respondents considered
buying mid-priced homes / flats, wherein maximum respondents preferred buying homes
within Rs. 40 lakh.
This clearly states the inclination
of the buyers towards buying affordable homes. Not only this, 57% of the
respondents preferred buying 2 BHK flats.
