For example, he stressed the importance of small things like the way we present ourselves, friendliness during conversation with the customer, the neatness of office etc. While many focus on getting customers, they ignore these vital aspects which make the real difference in the long run.

Amit Damodar, President of NAR India CREAA, said that the Chennai chapter initiated quite a few new ideas which will benefit everyone concerned: the public, the buyer and the seller. This talk is the first of the series of professional interaction whereby members could learn from other successful realtors. The success of this initiative is measured by the result - 15 new members joining the professional body. We are going to make sure that each member is well qualified and does his/her work with ethics and reliability.

CREAA:
Realtors are here to stay as the purchase of a home is an emotional decision, a family decision & the biggest decision of most Indians & it is only a realtor who can give genuine advice & confidence & hand hold a buyer through every stage of a transaction. A CREAA member is not just an agent, broker or consultant, he is an advisor; he understands his client’s requirement & advises him on what is the best for him from the several options available. Real Estate is about collaborating with each other to better knowledge & practices & use technology to save time.
