Muthoot Finance launches ‘Missed Call service to know the Gold Loan status’

Muthoot Finance Ltd, the largest gold financing company in India, as part of providing excellent customer service have introduced ‘Missed Call facility to know the Gold Loan Status’ as a new feature in their Gold Loan products.

The customers can now just give a missed call to the particular mobile number -08040751515 and know their loan outstanding and interest due in the gold loan account.
As soon as customer gives a missed call from his registered mobile number, he will get a message showing the gold loan outstanding and interest due as on date. This will facilitate payment of the exact amount through online without visiting the branch for knowing the dues.


If a customer has not registered his mobile number with us, he may visit our nearest branch and register the mobile number to avail this facility.
