CREDAI congratulates the BJP led NDA Government

Pins hope that NAMO government will take pro growth stance for industry revival

CREDAI (The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India), on Friday congratulated the BJP led NDA for their victory in the parliamentary elections. CREDAI looks forward to work with the new government to achieve the laudable goal of shelter for all included in the BJP manifesto. 

CREDAI hopes that the new government will be able to fulfill the expectations of the people of the country through its development agenda and stimulate job creation to ensure economic and political stability in the country.

Speaking on the development Mr. C Shekar Reddy President CREDAI - National said," We congratulate the NDA for winning an overwhelming and decisive mandate in the parliamentary elections and expect to work closely with the NDA team under the dynamic leadership of Shri. Narendra Modi, who has changed the context and content of electioneering and won the hearts of the people of India. We are confident that the new government will work constructively to provide stability and take proactive measures to trigger the growth and development in the economy. We are hopeful that the new Government would seize the opportunity presented by the real estate industry owing to its catalytic potential for growth and employment generation.”

He further added that “The real estate industry expects that the new government will give the sector its due priority and support the sector. We look forward that the new government will give its due credit and award the infrastructure status to the real estate sector in India. We are confident that under the able leadership of the new government a positive approach will lead the sector towards rapid growth”.

Mr. Reddy also assured that CREDAI will be at the forefront in leading the revival of the economy.
