The
Tamilnadu Government have examined the proposals of the Inspector General of
Registration and decided to accept the same.
Accordingly,
the govt. fix the maximamceiling limit o stamp duty in respect of the
instruments of Partition, Dissolution of Partnership, Release and Settlement: among
the family members as Rs. 25,000 from Rs. 10,000.
That
is Stamp Duty increase 2.5 Times in
Tamilnadu
Revise
the maximum ceiling limit on registration fee in respect of these instruments
of Partition, Dissolution of Partnership, Release and Settlement: among
the family members from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 4,000.
The
notification came into force on October 1, 2013.
