Appointment of Mr.T Chitty Babu,Chairman
and CEO of Akshaya PVT LTD, as the Chairman to oversee The Code of Conduct
(COC) and Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), the 2 new initiatives of
CREDAI National across India, ensure transparency & ethical business
practices amongst members as well as drive the practice in the real estate
industry.

The COC is modeled as
a self regulatory, internal checks & measure mechanism to bring out a
uniform business process that can be practiced by all members ,while CGRF aims
to address & resolve issues between members & customers (Property
Buyers and Investors).
