RAINGUARD - AN ELASTOMERIC PAINT (The future of External Paint)

Price per kg is Rs. 160 + 5 % VAT or 2 % CST.

Rate for 25 kg = Rs. 4,200

Rate for 5 kg = Rs. 900

Coverage :-

In 1 kg you will get 45 to 50 sq.ft area coverage. ( Primer + 2 coats)

Dilution :-

Primer :- Dilute in 1:1 ratio and apply for priming.

1st coat :- dilute with water 20 per cent in proportion with 1 kg Paint.

2nd coat :- dilute with water 15 per cent in proportion with 1 kg Paint. 

No need to use different primer, the paint itself is a primer.

Per Sq.Ft material cost at just Rs. 4 to Rs. 4.2

It is heat proof paint cum coating. it reduce 4 to 6 degree heat.

DESCRIPTION..!

RAINGUARD is an Elastomeric polymer with the property of viscoelasticity (elasticity), generally having notably low Young's modulus and high yield strain compared with other materials.

The coating enables long term protection from vegetation, algae, dust, and atmospheric gases such as CO2, SO2 & chlorides, heat etc...!

DIRECTION FOR USE OF RAINGUARD..!-

RAINGUARD must be coated after completion of curing period.

INSTALLATION..!

*        All surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and redo loose & deboned plaster.

&       Cracks are to be filled from crack filler material.

*        Before application, any loose adhered coating must be removed.

*        Prime the surface with RAINGUARD diluted at 1:1 ratio (by volume) with water.

&       Dilution for 1st coat 15 per cent & for 2 nd coat 10 per cent  (by volume) with water.

*        Containers should not be left opened for extended periods of time.

&       Spray:  Airless Sprayer, 1gpm, 3,000 psi.

&       Brush:  Good quality synthetic bristle brush.

&       Roller:  Short nap roller.

&       Clean Up:  Water

PRIMING..!

Prime the surface with RAINGUARD diluted at 1:1 ratio (by volume), with water. Allow primer to dry at least for 4 hours.

How RAINGUARD is to be applied?

Rainguard three coat recommended thickness is 200 to 250 microns. After priming apply 1st coat of RAINGAURD and let it dry for 4 hours. and then apply second coat.

CURING..!

RAINGUARD is self-curing.

EQUIPMENT..!-

Airless sprayer, medium nap roller, or brushes.

CLEANING..!-

Clean tools and equipment with water before RAINGUARD dries.

COVERAGE.!.

Each pack of 1 kg is sufficient for an area of 40 to 45 square feet, to achieve recommended thickness of 200 to 250 microns.

STORAGE..!

It should be stored between 5˚c to 40˚c, avoid exposure to sunlight and Keep containers closed when not in use.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS..!

Hazardous Identification:-

Prolonged or repeated contact may cause skin or /  eye irritation. May be harmful if swallowed. Protect from freezing.

FIRST AID MEASURES..!

Eye contact:-

After initial flushing, remove any contact lenses and continue flushing for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if irritation develops or persists.

INHALATION..!

 If inhaled, remove to fresh air. Not breathing well, give an artificial respiration. Get medical attention if coughs or / other symptoms develop.

SKIN CONTACT..!

Remove contaminated cloths and shoes. Wash affected area immediately with large amount of water and soap. Get medical attention if it persists.
