Serene Roses of Covai Senior Care – A bed of roses for Retired

Covai Senior Care Constructions announced the launch of two projects - Serene Roses and Serene Pelican II. Situated over 5.77 acres in Coimbatore, the 181 units of Serene Roses is a combination of 21 villas and 160 apartments - making it the city’s second largest retirement community project.

The second phase of Serene Pelican in Puducherry consists of 117 units to be designed in contemporary style of architecture. Phase I of Serene Pelican is successfully sold out.

Serene Roses is a mix of villas and apartments that are to be constructed in four blocks with each block having four floors.

Ranging from 600 square feet. to 1,480 square feet the apartments are priced between Rs. 27

Lakhs to Rs. 60 Lakhs. The Villas ranging from 1,730 square feet to 2,125 square feet will be priced between Rs. 78 lakhs and Rs. 96 lakhs which takes Covai Senior Care Constructions to the next level of luxury life to the senior

care segment.

Serene Pelican II spans across 18 acres where the villas

of the second phase range from 875 square feet to 1,376 square feet with a

price tag between Rs. 41 Lakhs and Rs. 80 Lakhs.

The handover of properties in Serene Roses & Serene Pelican is

scheduled for late 2014.
