‘Cautious corporates, active investors’ – JLL’s Asia Pacific Property 2012..!

 Jones Lang LaSalle had released its APPD (Asia Pacific Property Digest) for Q3 2012, providing latest quarterly data & analysis of the office, retail, industrial & residential real estate markets above 20 key cities across Asia Pacific.

The APPD also now includes coverage of the hotels sector in a number of cities including Hong Kong, Singapore &  Bangkok.

Mr. Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head, Jones Lang LaSalle India. said, “Delhi’s commercial property remains at status quo for now, but we are seeing increasing action in Mumbai and Bangalore. As before, Bangalore & Chennai continue to be driven by their strong IT / ITeS presence.

Mr. Anuj Puri, also said, 'In Mumbai, the accent is on now on cost control, consolidation and relocation as city-based corporates rethink their options in the prevailing economic scenario – which always has a more or less direct impact on the financial capital.”
