Syndicate Bank had
announced festival offer for home loans.
The bank is offering
housing loans at 10.5% (EMI - Equated Monthly Instalment- is Rs. 944 per lakh)
up to Rs. 25 lakh for 25 years and at 10.75% for above Rs. 25 lakh up to Rs. 75
lakh. For loans over Rs. 75 lakh, the interest charged is 10.9%.
The Syndicate Bank
has announced that there will be no processing / documentation charges for housing loans during festival offer.
