The price of Rs. 6,200 per square feet seems to pretty far
high. Even when the demand is pretty low, I wonder what makes these real estate
guys to quote such huge price which we are still perplexed on it. I wonder when they will at least reduce the
price to some what little so that it could be affordable for all of us and just
for those having black money.
