IOB Special Credit Schemes Bhoomi Shakthi

IOB's (Indian Overseas Bank's) Special agri women Credit Scheme is Bhoomi Shakthi.

Objective:

To bring about advancement, development & empowerment of women, financially & socially

 Eligibility:

 Women having farm land in their own names & tenant farmers, if the tenant is a woman.

Purpose:

To provide financial assistance to women for all activities under Agriculture

Rate of Interest:

4% if granted under DRI

All other cases :

 0.5 per cent less than applicable rate for limits up to Rs.50, 000 and 0.25 per cent less than applicable rate for limits above Rs.50, 000

Charges:         

Processing Charges, Upfront Fee & Mortgage Charges are waived for all loans granted under this Scheme

Other Terms:

Quantum of Loan, Margin, Security and Repayment Period are common in all respects with the normal loans under Agriculture &  Allied Activities
