With a vision to
showcase Indian real estate sector to virgin international markets, New Delhi
based firm 'Jus Connexions' has organised a 2 day property exhibition
christened 'India Beckons' during September 8 - 9, at Jakarta, Indonesia.The
property show is meant to provide one-stop solution for NRIs (Non Residents
Indians) in Indonesia, looking for investment into Indian properties.
Apart from showcasing various property options in India, the exhibition will present an overview of the Indian real estate sector by an eminent subject matter expert, and an exclusive interaction with him on one-on-one basis, will also be organised at the venue.
India Beckons is being organised at Jakarta International Expo Center, considered to be an ideal location associated with the Indian diaspora, considered to be one of the richest and well off communities living in Indonesia.
As per an
estimate, more than one lakh people of Indian origin are living and working in
that country and 85 to 90% of them are connected to India with frequent family
visits and business interests. According to the organisers, an exhibition of
Indian properties has so far not been displayed in Indonesia making it a
hotspot for potential investors.
