Mr. Madan Lund also said, ''Investment in Coimbatore has increased by 23 per cent and the demand is likely to go up in the coming months. To educate potential customers, talks by industry experts on various topics including the changing real estate scenario & the introduction of new building material will be held. People in Coimbatore are conservative in the use of building materials and are yet to accept the use of fly ash bricks & manufactured sand, which is much stronger than the conventional building material & utilised in tier-1 cities. The awareness needs to be increased, which would be done during the fair."
