In Outlook for 2012 have given a downside target of 3500 in Nifty. Now many factors are confirming this view and previous occasion whenever Index has cut previous year’s low about 20% correction has happened & with liquidity drying , Rupee heading towards our level of Rs. 55 to 60.
Many of brokers advise caution & advise to hold 35 to 40% cash as that would give good buying opportunity at lower levels.
